Simple
Upload a protein matrix and a sample sheet. The app normalises with TMM, fits one limma model and gives you a volcano plot, Venn diagram and results table for each comparison.
- Protein-level matrix, e.g. a DIA-NN pg_matrix
- Sample columns matched to the sample sheet by name
- The only settings are the cut-offs: FDR, fold change, minimum values per group
- Runs in seconds
Advanced
The full limpa dashboard: detection probability curve quantification, peptide or protein input, covariates, sample weights, pathway analysis and saved sessions.
